Skills/Experience: Med/surg experience preferred Description: This
facility is a 198-bed, level III trauma center. It includes
state-of-the-art operating suites. The facility provides healthcare
services to the surrounding region. Services include medical,
surgical, and rehabilitation care. The facility also offers a
childbirth center, cancer center, nephrology unit, pediatric unit,
inpatient behavioral health unit, day surgery center, and extensive
imaging and lab testing services. It has received various
accolades, including recognition as one of the Top 20 Most
Beautiful Hospitals in the U.S. The facility is located in a
picturesque area known for rivers, lakes, and national parks. The
community offers a unique and adventurous getaway. Common diagnoses
treated include cirrhosis, sepsis, pneumonia, respiratory
illnesses, wounds, and CHF. Patient ratios in the unit are
typically 1:5 and 1:6. Additional equipment used includes VS
machines, bladder scanners, IV pumps, thermal imaging, lifts, and
tube feeding pumps. The electronic health record system used is
Cerner. The patient population primarily consists of adults aged 18
years and older. Preferred skills include charge nurse experience
and oncology skills, though the latter is not necessary. The
required education for this position is an Associate Degree in
