Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL deficits, developing individualised treatment plans. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support safe discharge planning and community re-integration. Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries per facility and regulatory requirements. Supervise and direct COTAs and rehab aides as part of the OT programme. Requirements Active, unencumbered Occupational Therapist licence in the applicable state. NBCOT certification required or eligibility. Minimum 1 year SNF or post-acute rehab experience preferred.
