We have a new position that is all about helping people manage
their healthcare. If you enjoy reaching out to patients, helping
them with their current disease state, engaging them and enrolling
them in programs that will help their overall health. This is the
role for you. This role will include working with patients,
physicians, care managers and senior care managers. Perform intake
assessments and engage members into care coordination programs.
Customer service, sales skills and an understanding of medical
terminology are all a plus! REQUIREMENTS: * Reliability! When the
work is this important, we can only hire those that can be counted
on. * Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or GED.
Experience or training in healthcare is a big plus, but not
required. * This is a full time position. Our full-time team
