II processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer
needs to ensure customer satisfaction. A variety of communication
channels are used to facilitate the order-to-shipment process. The
CSR II works in a team environment to accomplish Customer Service
goals and objectives. Reports to Customer Service Supervisor.
Position Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries received
from a variety of channels for product or order information.
Coordinate problem resolution with internal partners and sales
representative agencies. Enter, proof, and edit customer orders and
back-orders according to published policies and procedures to
ensure accurate pricing, shipping, and customized text
instructions. Record and process non-compliance issues through
designated quality process. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge and
Experience Two (2) to five (5) years prior customer service
experience. Knowledge of commonly-used customer service concepts,
practices, and procedures used in a manufacturing environment.
Microsoft Office proficiency. Excellent verbal and written
communication skills. LEAN process orientation preferred. Education
and Certification High School Diploma required. Undergraduate
