The Compressor Component Repair Tech will tear down, inspect,
repair and replace a variety of compressor components. DO YOU HAVE
WHAT IT TAKES? WHAT YOU'LL DO: Be able to read dial calipers. Be
able to read and interpret OD&ID micrometers. Recommend
solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements. Basic hand
tool knowledge. Able to stand and operate a sand blaster. Basic
machining knowledge. Basic shop maintenance and clean up. Other

Requirements: WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Minimum 1 year of mechanical
shop/field experience. Observes safety procedures; Reports
potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials
properly. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety
rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure
manuals. Ability to speak effectively to customers or employees of
organization. Pro-active, problem-solving individual who is able to
manage a varied workload with constantly changing priorities.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out
instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability
to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in
standardized situations. Successfully complete Work Steps
assessment.
