our RTX Enterprise Services team: Provide strategic, analytical,
technical, organizational and procedural support to the VP and CIO,
Enterprise Services Digital - Applications to drive organizational
effectiveness and efficiency. Accountable for acting independently
and coordinating the efforts by drawing on the resources of staff
and management personnel to carry out assignments and expediting
matters requiring further attention. What You Will Do: Strategic
Liaison and Coordination: Act as the principal liaison between the
CIO’s office, service lines, and staff to ensure smooth
communication, coordination of activities, and timely completion of
objectives. Provide guidance on achieving key goals and
initiatives. Operational Efficiency: Drive continuous improvement
in the function's operational efficiency by optimizing
interactions, meeting cadences, administrative processes, and staff
requirements. Anticipation and Strategic Support: Proactively
anticipate the needs of the CIO, offering creative ideas and
actionable solutions to address emerging priorities. Data Analysis
and Insights: Compile, analyze, and present data-driven insights to
support strategic decision-making. Prepare reports and
executive-level presentations with attention to detail for
meetings, travel, and engagements. Critical Projects and Special
Assignments: Oversee and ensure the timely and high-quality
completion of critical projects and special assignments that
support the CIO in meeting strategic and operational business
obligations. Communication, Discretion, and Executive Support:
Communicate effectively with professionalism and discretion, while
developing and directing impactful executive presentations and
communications that align with the CIO’s objectives and messaging.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with the Office of the
Chief Digital Officer (CDO), ES leadership team, business unit (BU)
digital organizations, and corporate functions to ensure alignment
on activities, data requirements, and deliverables. Qualifications
You Must Have: Bachelor’s degree is required, and a master’s
degree/MBA is preferred with 12 years with demonstrated experience
and background as a management consultant, chief of staff, or
related profession within Digital Technology. Prior experience
managing teams with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership as required while
being a proactive, self-starter with a high level of accountability
and initiative. Skilled in communications and PowerPoint to create
quality executive presentations and communications with high level
of detail. Experience leading with influence with a proven ability
to communicate effectively with senior leadership and
cross-functional leaders. Detail-oriented, with a strong ability to
organize and synthesize large quantities of data. Ability to manage
multiple priorities in a fast-paced and constantly evolving
environment with strong problem-solving skills with a focus on
continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
Qualifications We Prefer: Advanced skills in data visualization and
Excel. Located in the northeast U.S. with ability to travel to CT.

remote. The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800
USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate
representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several
factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the
role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work
experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as
well as whether or not the position is covered by a
collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible
for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation
programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not
it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under
these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a
variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual
performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s
performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful
candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay
structure and benefits will apply. RTX anticipates the application
