our RTX Enterprise Services team: Brief Description of
Job/Department RTX is seeking a strong candidate to join the
Mobility Payroll and Tax Team as a Cost Estimate Manager. The
successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate
and timely delivery of tax cost estimates. The Mobility team is a
fast paced, high volume, metrics driven, highly collaborative cross
functional environment which is focused on individual and team
performance, as well as continuous improvement. What You Will Do
Prepare, review, and oversee cost estimate deliverables for
Bid/Proposals, tax accruals, ongoing estimates for active
assignments, and one-off requests Manage tax positions within Equus
platform Ensure standard work is updated timely, as well as
providing ongoing process improvements Govern metrics and SLA’s on
cost estimate delivery to internal stakeholders Lead training on
RTX mobility package design philosophy and tax equalization with
cost estimate team and internal stakeholders, as needed Ensure
exception process is followed with key stakeholders during the cost
estimate process, as required Provide information to support
requests from internal and external audits Maintain strong and
collaborative relationships with the business unit program
leadership and finance teams Collaborate with Mobility COE,
Operations, and cross functional teams Engage with cross functional
stakeholders for assignment structure design support for updates to
existing location and for new locations Document requirements and
cost estimate activities in system to ensure automated flow
throughout entire assignment lifecycle Qualifications You Must Have
This role typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting,
finance, business administration or related field and a minimum 8
years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related
field and minimum 5 years experience At least 5 years’ experience
preparing, reviewing and overseeing cost estimate deliverables for
Bid/Proposals, tax accruals, ongoing estimates for active
assignments, and one-off requests Minimum of 5 years’ experience
with tax cost estimates At least 2 years of experience with Equus
platform Qualifications We Prefer Ability to manage, coach,
develop, and train team Strong analytical skills and ability to
multitask Excellent excel and data analysis skills Self-starter
able to work effectively in a fast paced highly collaborative cross
functional team environment with excellent verbal and written
skills Must be able to demonstrate expertise in problem solving,

107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good
faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX
