We are looking for an HVAC Install Apprentice to join our team, someone looking to build a career in the HVAC industry. We provide hands-on paid training in both installation and service. Robbins Heating and Air Conditioning provides continual training on new equipment and technology entering our fields. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's License & insurable driving record EPA certification within 90 days of employment Demonstrate mechanical aptitude Follow directions as given, written and verbal Basic Safety knowledge of tools and surroundings & comply with ALL SAFETY RULES Safe use of ladders Understand how to use a tape measure Ability to cut and drill holes Ability to work independently and as a team Ability to carry 100 pounds with assistance Arrive on time daily Commitment to developing customer service skills Willingness to invest in tools used in the service of HVAC equipment Arrive on time daily Qualifications desired: Excellent verbal skills Professional phone skills Strong interpersonal skills Energetic personality Well-organized with ability to work independently Please do not call or walk-in the office.
