for an experienced RN skilled in Stepdown nursing to deliver
high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. This
travel assignment offers the chance to work in a well-equipped,
198-bed level III trauma center recognized for excellence in
medical services and state-of-the-art facilities. Located in

with comprehensive care including medical, surgical,
rehabilitation, a childbirth center, cancer care, nephrology,
pediatrics, behavioral health, day surgery, imaging, and laboratory

Top 20 Most Beautiful Hospitals in the U.S. Key Responsibilities: -
Provide stepdown nursing care to acutely ill patients transitioning
from ICU to general wards - Monitor patient conditions and
intervene as necessary to ensure stability - Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed -
Document patient care accurately and timely in compliance with
hospital policies - Educate patients and families on care plans and
post-discharge instructions Desired Qualifications: - Current RN
license with experience in stepdown or progressive care nursing -
Ability to manage complex patient cases with critical thinking and
clinical judgment - Strong communication and teamwork skills -
Flexibility to travel and adapt to new clinical settings and
