Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and assess patients progressing
from ICU, managing complex clinical needs with precision -
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring
patient safety and comfort - Collaborate with multidisciplinary
teams to develop and update individualized care plans - Educate
patients and families on condition management and recovery
protocols - Maintain accurate documentation and comply with
healthcare standards and protocols Qualifications and Desired
Experience: - Valid RN license with current registration - Proven
experience in step-down or progressive care nursing environments -
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills, with ability to
handle acutely ill patients - Excellent communication and teamwork
abilities - BLS and ACLS certification preferred About the
