Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Farmington, NM Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,948 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/20/2026 About the Position Job Title: RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Medicine Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: RN Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC Must-Have Skills/Experience: Trauma, Stroke, STEMI, Sepsis, Moderate Sedation Description: This position involves working in a 48-bed emergency department with flexibility in space. The patient-to-nurse ratio is 4:1 in the main emergency department and 6:1 in the fast track. The facility features advanced equipment including Zoll Defibrillators, Level One Blood Transfusers, and Ultrasound Guided IVs. The electronic health record system used is Cerner. The role requires experience in managing patients with conditions such as ESRD, Cirrhosis, COPD, and Abdominal Pain. Team nursing is practiced with a dedicated social worker and unit educator assigned to support the department. Preferred experience includes working in trauma and emergency situations, as well as with psychological and substance abuse disorders. Candidates must possess strong skills in emergency care and familiarization with common diagnoses such as CHF and Chest Pain. Education requirement is an Associate Degree in Nursing.
