In this vital role, you'll provide top-notch nursing care in our state-of-the-art dialysis clinics and outpatient centers, utilizing the latest technology and treatment methods to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. Assess patient condition before, during, and after dialysis treatment, documenting and reporting any changes. Administer and monitor patient during dialysis and manage any side effects. Operate and maintain dialysis machines and systems in accordance with company policies and procedures. Educate patients and their families on kidney disease, dialysis treatment, and lifestyle adjustments. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to improve patient outcomes. Strong clinical skills in a dialysis setting Ability to operate dialysis machines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Crisis management skills and ability to handle medical emergencies Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice CPR certification Nephrology Nursing Certification Commission (NNCC) certification preferred
