Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Farmington, NM Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,948 per week Shift Information: 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/6/2026 About the Position Job Title: RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Medicine Duration: 20 weeks Shift: Mids Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: RN ADN Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC Must-Have: Experience with Trauma, Stroke, STEMI, Sepsis, Moderate Sedation Description: This position is for an RN specialized in Emergency Medicine. The role involves providing care in a busy emergency department. Patient ratios are 4:1 in the main area and 6:1 in fast track. Team nursing and a pod system are utilized in the department. The unit has 48 beds with flexible space. Equipment includes Zoll Defibrillator, Level One Blood Transfuser, and Ultrasound Guided IV. Common diagnoses include ESRD, Substance Abuse Disorders, Psychological Disorders, COPD, CHF, Abdominal Pain, and Chest Pain. A social worker and unit educator are assigned to support the department. The emergency department serves a diverse patient population including adults and pediatrics. Candidates should be ready to work a minimum of two weekends per schedule.
