Job Description HealthTrust Workforce Solution External is seeking a travel nurse RN Nephrology for a travel nursing job in Farmington, New Mexico. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Nephrology - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/30/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 48 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Facility Info: San Juan Regional Medical Center 801 West Maple St Farmington, NM 87401 Specialty: RN Nephrology Shift: 7am-7:30pm Unit Overview: Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Geriatric and Adults Weekend Hours: Policy requires all staff to work at least 2 weekend shifts per month Call Requirements: None Float Requirements: As needed per Facility Needs Common Diagnosis/Treatment: ESRD, Peritoneal Dialysis, Hemodialysis Number of Beds: 24 Patient Ratios: 1:4 – 1:6 Equipment: VS machine, Bladder Scanner, Lifts, Thermal Imaging, IV pumps/tubes EHR: Cerner Requirements: Must live 100 Miles from the facility 1-2YRS Exp Working in Specialty 1-2YRS Working in Med Surge 1-2YRS Exp Working Only in Acute Care Setting ACTIVE BLS (AHA) Preferred Skillset/Experience: Charge Nurse preferred but not required.
