Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Farmington, NM Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,308 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Med Surg Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN License required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have Skills/Experience: Post-operative patient care including ortho/neurosurgical/abdominal surgeries. Experience with NG tubes, chest tubes, and foley catheters. Ability to manage respiratory issues, diabetic patient care, sepsis, alcohol withdrawal, rib fractures, altered mental status, and pain management. Description: This position involves working in a medical-surgical telemetry setting. The facility is a level III trauma center. Healthcare services include medical, surgical, and rehabilitation. Candidates must be willing to follow all policies and guidelines while working in the unit. The patient population includes adults ranging in age from 18 to over 100 years. The unit accommodates a maximum patient ratio of 1:6. Common diagnoses treated include a mixture of medical/surgical patients. Candidates should possess great customer service and patient experience skills. The unit is equipped with IV pumps and vital signs monitors. Electronic health records are utilized on the unit.
