to those who need it most. We are seeking a compassionate and
skilled Nurse (RN or LPN) in the areas of Teec Nos Pos, Red Mesa,
and Mexican Water, AZ, to provide patient care in accordance with a
physician-established care plan. This is a 1099 contract
opportunity, with care provided at the patient’s residence. These
patients require 18 hours of weekly nursing care. Once patients are
accepted into the program, there is no expiration for this benefit,
allowing our caregivers to build lasting relationships with their
patients for years to come. In this role, you will advocate for the
patients and work one-on-one to deliver the care they need. You
will collaborate with CNAs, HHAs, Case Managers, and the patient’s
physicians. Offers are contingent upon passing a background check.
INDLIC INDPLIC Sign-On Bonus: $5,000.00 plus drive time. The nurse
must fulfill all shifts with the three clients to receive the
