Job Description Job Description Hello, Four Corners Regional Health Care Center in Blanding, UT is actively looking to hire a full-time Registered Nurse/LPN for day-shift (6AM-6PM). Job Description: SNF nurses care for geriatric patients who require 24/7 care: Ordering medications, equipment and supplies as prescribed. Preparing and administering treatments/medications as ordered by the physician Notify the resident's physician and/or family members when there is a change in resident's condition Administering professional nursing practice services such as: tube feedings, suction, catheterization, changing of dressings, packs, and irrigations as necessary Continuous observation and monitoring of seriously ill residents Being the patient advocate and ensuring that other health care team members are providing care according to the resident's care plan and personal wishes Accurately completing necessary charting as required and in a timely manner Benefits: Complete medical/dental/vision insurance benefits Employer-matching 401k retirement program Up to 16 days' paid time off per year Company paid Life Insurance Requirements: Possess a current RN, LPN license in good standing Effectively communicate on a personal level with residents, family members, personnel, visitors, etc. Able to make decisions independently when warranted Knowledge of medical and nursing practices and procedures Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to long term care
