- Monitor and care for patients transitioning from intensive care
to general wards, ensuring safe and effective stepdown treatment. -
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and
update personalized care plans. - Administer medications and
treatments as prescribed, documenting changes and patient
responses. - Provide patient and family education focused on
recovery goals and ongoing health management. - Maintain compliance
with hospital protocols and regulatory standards to uphold quality
and safety. Qualifications/Desired Experience: - Current RN
licensure with experience in stepdown or progressive care nursing.
- Strong clinical assessment abilities and critical thinking
skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork in fast-paced
healthcare settings. - Ability to respond promptly to changes in
patient conditions. - Familiarity with electronic medical records
