Job Description:
Join the compassionate team at U.S. Renal Care as a Dialysis
Registered Nurse, where we deliver outstanding care to patients
with kidney disease across our nationwide clinics. In this role,
you will be pivotal in providing hemodialysis treatments to
patients under the guidance of a nephrologist, maintaining a safe
and efficient dialysis environment, and supporting patients and
their families in managing kidney health. Administer hemodialysis
treatment as per the physician's orders, Assess patients' condition
before, during, and after treatment, taking appropriate action when
needed, Ensure operation of dialysis machines and systems in line
with health and safety protocols, Educate patients and their
families about kidney health and maintenance dialysis, Maintain
accurate health records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA
regulations, Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver
coordinated patient care. Proficiency in operating dialysis
machines, Excellent patient assessment skills, Strong interpersonal
and communication skills, Ability to work in a high-pressure
environment, Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
practice, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Certified
Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN)
certification preferred.
