Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Farmington, NM Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,254 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Cardiology and Intermediate Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in IMC or Cardiology License: Active RN license Certifications: BLS & ACLS from American Heart Association Must-Have Skills/Experience: - Cardiology or IMC experience - Minimum of 2 years IMC or Cardiology experience Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Cardiology and Intermediate Care. The facility is a 198-bed, Level III trauma center. It provides healthcare services that include medical, surgical, and rehabilitation. The environment includes state-of-the-art operating suites. The facility also features a childbirth center, cancer center, nephrology unit, pediatric unit, inpatient behavioral health unit, and extensive imaging and lab services. The RN will manage a patient ratio of 1:3 with active titrating drips during night shifts in IMC. Normal floating to medical, surgical, and nephrology units is expected. The patient population primarily includes adults to geriatric patients. Desired common diagnoses include STEMI, Non-STEMI, stroke, post-cath, and ETOH. Candidates must have an Associate Degree in Nursing or higher. All applicants should be prepared to demonstrate their clinical competency in cardiology nursing.
