Working knowledge of state, federal and CHAP accreditation
standards and requirements as they relate to operations and
organization, with the ability to interpret and implement
applicable standards and requirements. Knowledge of Medicare
admission and discharge procedures, including OASIS evaluations.
Experience in managing nursing, clinical and support staff.
Knowledge and expertise in clinical decision-making for the patient
populations assigned, to meet the needs of the patients, and to
contribute to Quality Management review and evaluation.
Demonstrated leadership skills, including team building, and
coaching/mentoring with the ability to motivate and engage others.
Possess tactical and analytical thinking and planning skills,
ability to develop a plan to accomplish objectives, identify
obstacles, and resolve operational issues. Ability to build and
establish effective working partnerships with employees, peers, and
leaders to achieve business objectives. Ability to handle difficult
circumstances and make sound business decisions with little
direction. Organizational and time management skills, with the
ability to prioritize multiple projects while delivering quality
service and achieving targeted business goals. Ability to
work/interact with a diverse population while respecting cultural
and linguistic differences and fostering an inclusive work
environment. Qualifications : Graduate of an accredited college or
university. Medicare and Medicaid compliance experience. Preferred
Qualifications: Experience working in home health Compensation and
Benefits : Salary is dependent on experience. Company car after 60
days of employment. Mileage of $0.50 per mile until the vehicle is
provided. Company credit card with company car for gas and vehicle
maintenance. Medical and Dental Insurance (employee pays part of
premium) PTO will start accruing 30 days after employment. Salary
employees accrue 8 hours of PTO every month. PTO will carry over to
the next year but can never total more than 100 hours. PTO cannot
be paid out in cash. PTO will not be paid out upon termination.
Vacation Leave: on the first date of hire anniversary, employees
are given 40 hours of paid vacation. The 40 hours of paid vacation
leave are available to use through the year. Paid vacation leave
will increase to 80 hours given on the second anniversary from date
of hire. Paid vacation will increase to 120 hours given on the
third anniversary and each anniversary after. Vacation leave must
be used in the year it is given. If not used within the year it is
given, it is lost. Vacation time cannot be paid out in cash and
will not be paid out on termination. 401K (employer match of 100%
of the first 3% of income contributed and 50% of the next 2% of
income contributed) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 -
