Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Nephrology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 19:00 - 07:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: RN License Certifications: BLS (AHA) Must-Have Skills/Experience: Med/Surg experience required. Preferred skillset includes charge nurse experience, nephrology experience preferred but not required. Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Nephrology. This position involves working with patients with End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD), providing care for those on Peritoneal Dialysis and Hemodialysis. The unit encompasses a patient population primarily consisting of geriatric and adult patients. You will work closely with a healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care. The unit has a patient ratio of 1:4 to 1:6. Our facility includes modern equipment such as vital sign machines, bladder scanners, lifts, thermal imaging, and IV pumps. Experience in Med/Surg units is essential, and observation unit experience is a plus. This role requires a commitment to working on weekends as part of the staffing policy.
