Responsibilities:Interpret physician orders to ensure accurate,
safe medication therapyDispense medications and provide thorough
patient counselingConduct patient assessments to evaluate
medication effectivenessMaintain pharmacy inventory and ensure
proper storage protocolsPrepare sterile medications following
aseptic techniquesCollaborate across hospital departments,
including pediatric unitsOffer clinical guidance on pain management
and drug interactionsAdditional Duties:Additional responsibilities

active, unrestricted license from any of the 50 United States, the
Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or the District of Columbia.Maintain
continuing education/certificationMust be a US citizen, living
primarily in the United StatesBasic Life Support (BLS)
certificationHave a minimum of 2 years of experience as a
pharmacist within the past 36 monthsReferences requiredMust meet
