PAY RANGE: $28-$29/hr

Support community members-especially Navajo/Din-- speakers.
Helping with Medicaid applications, health risk assessments, care
transitions, ID cards, and attending outreach events.
You'll also collaborate with broker agents in McKinley County.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in Medicaid, healthcare, or community
outreach OR lived experience as a Medicaid recipient or
caregiver/family member of one.
Background in social work, community health, or public health is a
plus.
Bilingual in English and Navajo/Din-- strongly preferred
