• Requirements: Board Certified in Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Schedule: Full-time, 7days on/7 days off, 12 hour shifts. 8am -8pm or 10am-10pm.We have a new andexcellentopportunityfor a FNP or PA interested and available for alocums assignment inChinle, AZ.Details of the positionare below:
  • Start: May 15th on an ongoing basis
  • Location: Chinle, AZ
  • Hourly Rate: $95/hr all-inclusive rate
  • Assignment Type: Urgent Care Clinic
  • Case Load: 16-20patients/day
  • Requirements: BLS, ACLS, PALSand DEA
