Job Description:
CrossMed is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit
for a travel nursing job in Farmington, New Mexico.Job Description
& Requirements
Shift: Nights - 7p-7a
36hrs
Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing of New Mexico or
compact (multi-state) license
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, ACLS. COVID VAX
required
Must meet the requirements for obtaining and maintaining life
support certifications as outlined in the Life Support
Certification policy.
The ICU RN will need to evaluate and monitor patient progress,
maintain patient sedation while monitoring vital signs, administer
critical drips and monitor effectiveness while titrating medication
doses according to hospital protocols in response to patient vital
signs, and provide ventilator care.
The ICU RN will need to be able to identify any sudden changes in a
patients' medical condition and respond quickly to all medical
emergencies.
Our client may require the following: prior experience in an ICU
setting and AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.CrossMed Job ID
