Hematology/Oncology opening in Farmington, New Mexico. VISTA's Permanent Placement Division is representing a non-profit, community owned organization seeking a Hematologist/Oncologist. Benefits of this permanent full-time position include: Practice Benefits: * Hospital employed position * Join three Hematologist/Oncologists * Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm * Every fourth week/weekend call (typically taken in a 7-day block) * Single hospital coverage: weekends and holidays in-hospital patient care limited to critical care consult follow-ups, emergent new consults, and patients on our service (less frequent and few on average). Do not routinely admit most of our patients. They are admitted to the hospitalist service and serve as consultants. * Active research program with two CRA's, a pharmacy team with three pharmacy techs and one pharmacist with a dispensing pharmacy and in-house mixing cleanroom, an in-house mid-complexity CLIA certified lab and phlebotomist, and an in-house billing team with expertise in prior authorizations and patient assistance programs.
