Gulfstream Staffing has partnered with a nationwide accredited Skilled Nursing organization that is in rapid growth phase. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Executive Director opportunity near Framington, NM. The Executive Director will direct and ensure the implementation of written policies and procedures that reflect the goals and objectives of the facility and administrative team.

Position: Executive Director

Executive Director Location: Farmington, NM

Executive Director Duties:
Assure facility compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulations.
Direct and ensure the implementation of written policies and procedures that reflect the goals and objectives of the facility and administrative team.
Oversee the recruitment, selection, and training of competent department supervisors and other ancillary staff.

Executive Director Qualifications:
State licensed Nursing Home Administrator license required
At least two (2) years of supervisory/administrative experience, preferably in LTC/SNF setting
Extensive knowledge of applicable state/federal regulations regarding nursing home operations
Strong leadership and communication skills

Executive Director Compensation:
Competitive salary commensurate with experience
