our Corporate Enterprise Services (ES) Strategy & Transformation
team: The Strategy & Transformation (S&T) team within
Enterprise Services (ES) is seeking a highly analytical,
business-minded, passionate program leader to join our team. The
S&T team utilizes the RTX Customer Oriented Results &
Excellence (CORE) methodology to maximize cost reduction, quality
improvement, and enhance customer experience while achieving
compliance. This role requires working with RTX corporate
organization and business unit leaders to shape enterprise
strategies, drive cross-functional initiatives and execute plans
that create the greatest value for our employees and shareholders.

solutions. The Procurement Solution Architect position will
actively engage key procurement service areas to drive
transformation initiatives and strategic procurement objectives.
The role regularly interacts with RTX senior leaders, at the
corporate and business unit levels, keeping them updated on
strategic initiatives and other related activities. Building strong
relationships across all business units and functions in
organizations that participate in strategic initiatives is critical

internally and externally. What You Will Do: Develop and lead
strategic procurement analyses that inform priorities, investment
decisions, and long-term sourcing strategies. Partner to frame
complex procurement challenges, develop data-based recommendations
and lead execution. Build executive-ready materials that distill
insights and drive alignment. Manage cross-functional execution
teams focused on procurement strategy execution, ensuring clarity,
alignment, and disciplined execution. Identify optimization
opportunities that accelerate ES service adoption and expansion to
accelerate RTX value. Lead transformation initiatives across the
procurement life cycle for service optimization, service expansion
and continuous improvement initiatives. Proactively evaluate
program activities, build contingency plans, and execute corrective
action on a timely basis to mitigate risks, including scope and
budget variances. Identify and manage interdependencies across
multiple workstreams and strategic initiatives, driving efficiency,
execution speed and increased value realization across the
enterprise. Manage quality measurements and monitoring mechanisms
in place to ensure that deliverables meet or exceed expectations
and integrate with overall program objectives. Adheres to CORE and
project management methodology by leveraging and promoting the use
of existing tools, capturing best practices, and identifying areas
for process improvement. Qualifications You Must Have: Typically
requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant
experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10
years of experience or in absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant
experience Project and Program Management experience. Procurement
experience Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications We Prefer: Aerospace & Defense, Consulting, Program
Management and/or Information Technology experience Prior work
experience in Transformation solutions, including change management
strategies Prior experience in strategy consulting, corporate
strategy or transformation roles. Master’s degree or equivalent
graduate education Strong communication, presentation, and
interpersonal skills. Ability to represent the organization to key
stakeholders Ability to manage multiple competing initiatives,

Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of
time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your

remote. The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800
USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate
representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several
