our RTX Corporate Enterprise Services (ES) Product Strategy team:
In this role you will help coordinate RTX’s engagement with
strategic digital partners who help RTX build and deliver
transformation digital, data and AI capabilities. You will work
across Enterprise Services and our three business units to
coordinate key partner interactions and help execute strategic
initiatives that deliver valuable capabilities and outcomes for RTX
teams and our external customers. The Manager, ES Product Strategy,
will be a versatile communicator and responsive listener that
understands the needs of internal stakeholders and the requirements
of our commercial and defense customers that we serve globally.
This action-oriented, intellectually curious leader will be counted
on to plan and execute strategic collaboration sessions, prioritize
initiatives, and work closely with the communication team to shape
content that will help our RTX team and external customers
understand our strategy and differentiated capabilities. This role
thrives at the intersection of business strategy, marketing, and
product management to ensure that Enterprise Services helps deliver
to our most impactful RTX goals. What You Will Do: Collaborate to
build and communicate a compelling partner strategy and marketing
assets that resonate with business stakeholders, employees,
executive sponsors and partners. Work across teams to manage
partner events and initiatives that are driven by priority RTX
opportunities and maximize RTX value and impact for our customers.
Foster cross-functional collaboration, continuously communicating a
cohesive plan to bring together team members from across RTX and
our Partner network. Engage and partner across ES, RTX teams, BUs
and with Partners to continually strengthen a differentiated RTX
Strategy that helps RTX execute and drive growth. Engage and
partner across ES, RTX teams to shape and define a clear
articulation of the value to the initiatives and connection to most
important outcomes for RTX Create and maintain positioning
materials, demos, and stakeholder engagement plans to promote
awareness and help drive awareness of track progress. Partner with
Communications teams to evangelize initiative successes and new
capabilities. Assist RTX leaders with defining value proposition,
material and plan to create awareness of the capabilities and
offerings. Help with gathering deep understanding of business
objectives, pain points, and strategic priorities. Qualifications
You Must Have: Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8
years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related
field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree,
12 years of relevant experience Proficient in executive-level
storytelling, presentation, positioning, and messaging development.
Skilled in crafting clear strategy documents and translating
strategies into actionable roadmaps and plans. Experienced in
driving alignment across senior leadership and managing
stakeholders effectively. Knowledgeable in AI/emerging tech
strategies with a focus on quantifying and prioritizing customer

Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both
onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined
in partnership with your leader. As part of our commitment to
maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to

as on-site, hybrid or remote. The salary range for this role is
107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good
faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX
considers several factors when extending an offer, including but
not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities,
a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and
