Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract
opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) to provide therapeutic services within an educational setting
located in Bloomfield, New Mexico. This role involves working with
a diverse student population across early childhood through high
school levels. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive speech
and language assessments for students ranging from Pre-K to 12th
grade. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
tailored to each student's speech and language needs. - Collaborate
with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support
student progress. - Maintain detailed documentation of therapy
sessions and student progress according to district and state
guidelines. - Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP)
meetings and contribute professional expertise. - Adapt therapy
strategies for students at various developmental stages including
Early Childhood, Elementary (Grades K-5), Middle School (Grades
6-8), and High School (Grades 9-12). Desired Qualifications: -
Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language
Pathologist. - Experience working in school-based settings with
students in early childhood through high school. - Strong knowledge
of speech and language development and related disorders. - Ability
to effectively communicate and collaborate with teachers, parents,
and other professionals. - Familiarity with Pre-K through
12th-grade curriculum and developmental milestones. This contract
