Job Description ISC Healthcare is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Gallup, New Mexico. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Occupational Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: 03/30/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Occupational Therapist needed in Gallup, NM for a patient focused assignment. You will evaluate and treat patients to improve independence with daily living skills, mobility, safety, and functional performance. Caseload may include post op and orthopedic patients, neuro conditions, general deconditioning, and geriatric needs depending on the setting. You will create individualized care plans, deliver therapeutic interventions, provide adaptive equipment training as needed, educate patients and caregivers, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to support safe discharge planning and steady progress. Active OT license required (NM)/n/nNBCOT certification required/n/nCurrent BLS preferred (facility dependent)/n/nRecent experience in the applicable setting preferred (inpatient, outpatient, SNF, home health, or rehab)/n/nComfortable with evaluations, treatment planning, documentation, and patient and caregiver education/n/nAbility to manage a full caseload and meet productivity and documentation standards/n/nMust be able to pass background, drug screen, and complete all facility compliance items on time/n/nFlexibility with scheduling, including weekends and holidays as needed About ISC Healthcare Exceptional People.Exceptional Care.
